Looking at the booru just made me convinced this theory is half a justification for his own twisted desires to have sex with Kanon.
It's clear how being gay greatly bothers him (hence the giving dignity back to Umineko memes) and his talking point that "Kanon was made so that Battler could not love him."
But it's also clear that he thinks Kanon is really fucking hot with the "the first time I saw Kanon, I could not believe someone so beautiful was a boy" and "Kanon is a cute tomboy!!" posts.
Add in random dissing of marxist college professors(?) and atheists(?) in his posts and you can get a good profile of Mr. Mario.
