I see, but I'm not particularly fond of that fetish either. The reason I like that bookis that it played the mindbreak angle softly enough that it didn't alienate me, in my opinion. It more or less just read like a normal reluctant newbie doujin. Not lighthearted, by any means, but hardly dark.

That was like hyper-simplified language and left out a shitload of details. I'm serious, I think that might actually have been shorter than the plot summary on Wikipedia. That was basically just the dust jacket blurb by the editor. I can see why you don't think there's any serious innuendo.
