this is wrong, the black deck is represented by her darker clothing in her kai remodel
the more likely reason is that it makes Musashi visually the opposite of Yamato

My personal expectation for Fuyutsuki is that she'll be a reward during a full on Ten-go event, and presumably we will receive hints of a Yamato Kai Ni in the lead-up to that type of event.
