whitehorn's "hips" are actually above the taur 'shoulders'. her long coat also adds to the bulky appearance.
centaur isn't bad on that front, the anatomy fusion is a little ill-defined but she isn't 'seated' on top like whitehorn is, but still quite bulky
bicorn's joining is better-defined than either of the others but still seems high-set to me, pretty good overall shape besides that
i wish i could figure out what example i'm deriving my taste from so i could share it, but my memory is just not cooperating in coughing up the source
