That is a kemono-style fursuit, a subset of mainstream furry style that is based on anime furry styles. Aside from the plantigrade legs, it's pretty close to your typical skintight kemono fursuit styles a-la @tetetoroort's art or fursuits made by @remimakes and Atelier Amanojaku.
