Kiara reached the true daemon status in Tsukihime with the Sabbath, but she saw *something*. We don’t know what. It might’ve been her Fate version, or *actual* true daemons that make her look pathetic. She doesn’t really elaborate here. But the interesting part is how she says “if I realize my own wretchedness.”

This may imply she saw something that showed her what she truly is. A monster. It seems to be implying she either saw her CCC self or a true daemon showed her the true colors of her soul. A stunted version, of herself.
