They're not as corporatized as hololive, but they actually have 10 members, and new members are actually hired with a contract, even if its invite-only.
N*g* is an actual manager, not just an orbiting artist. Its the same job she does/will do at hololive but atelier is way smaller.
Also Artemis was supposed to be the flagship chuuba but she's 'just' a hire, the founder is yue, close friend of na*g*.
This isnt really new, Pekora and Fubuki have interacted in-character with n*g*, and will interact again with Ina in-character. I assume it has happened before with some of the former singers/idols (keekikiara has 100% already talked with some of the holos before they were holos, and Mori knows at least some of the people in the vtuber business and has said so on stream) but I dont know about them, I only know about the artists.
