Good thing I've been gaining XP for nearly seven years so that you don't have to. The original interpretation made sense when I tried it without the coloring, but then I took a̶n̶ a̶r̶r̶o̶w̶ t̶o̶ t̶h̶e̶ k̶n̶e̶e̶ the forearm into consideration, and it's both just barely plausible visually and uncomfortable if you try to replicate the pose. The right grip makes more sense.
