This is a common misconception as the volume of nutrients in the breastmilk is mainly independent of the mother's diet. Although it has been noticed that maternal energy intake does have a slight influence on the volume of milk produced, it's not very significant and milk production (together with composition) remains largely independent of the mother's caloric and nutrient intake.

Yes, basically if the interval between 2 breastfeedings is less than 30 minutes, it counts as 1 episode, so for e.g:
5 min suckle -> 10 min break -> 7 min suckle -> 10 min break -> 9 min suckle -> 15 min break -> 9 min suckle = 1 Breastfeeding episode
8 min suckle -> 10 min break -> 9 min suckle -> 20 min break -> 9 min suckle ->32 min break -> 10 min suckle = 2 Breastfeeding episodes

I don't see why not. But if the miik synthesis would differ between humans and youkai then I don't see why the nutrient composition shouldn't differ either. So for all we know Letty's milk could actually be higher in fat or other macronutrients than we assume.
