I went with a wig and am pretty glad that I did. Fake hair isn't meant to last and is going to slowly get pulled off one way or other, and implanted hair will probably end up being a mess in the long run unless you are really delicate and don't touch it too much. I posted a picture of the head a few threads ago, and I honestly don't think it does the real thing justice because the camera enlarges the nose and fronts of the face that make it look bigger than in person.

Doll was delivered, and I have to say that the head lived up to my expectations. This picture doesn't even do it justice, because her features like the nose look smaller and even more prettier in person.
