You'll get Kuon after Benawi, Kurou, and Kuon visits Ennakamui.
You'll get Munechika along with Fumiriru not long afterwards, once you can use Anju in battle.

Before the very last battle. But some of your party members starts realizing he's Haku throughout the game.
