The manga is significantly better than the anime, but I'd only recommend it to people who absolutely refuse to read the VN for whatever reason.
It's an okay adaptation for the most part, but there's still a number of unnecessary changes that detract from the story or outright cause plot holes, especially in Minagoroshi.
