I can't afford to travel right now either but if I do in the future I would definitely check out atleast one of these. There is only two arcades functioning right now in my city, they are not that great but it's better than nothing.

I play fighting games competitively in arcades frequently and have been for years. A joystick with sanwa parts is much more comfortable for me, more accurate too.
For whatever reason, I haven't thought about playing Touhou with it until now though. Hopefully there aren't many connectivity issues.

What's the best controller for Touhou?

I think it came out pretty nice. Not 100% crazy about the ball top color but it's easy to change.
