Yes, but you often hear about all the resorts that close down after the bubble and how bath houses are closing down because people prefer to bathe in the privacy of their own homes. Then you have more modern competition, like theme parks that are closer to where people live, and cheap jet travel allows you to go to Hawaii for the weekend.
