Question for you guys. Just recently got a new PC with a fresh install of VLC. I used to never have issues playing partially downloaded files but now for some reason I can't. I have a couple files at 99.9% and I used to never have issues playing these. Now they won't play. I know I'm prob retarded and its just something I'm forgetting in the settings. Can anyone help?
