Reiwa is the true Matsuri sequel, Sotsugou is the alternate world because the oyashiro-sama statue is flipped and not broken.

Sotsugou was the alternate world all along, Oniokoshi-hen is the true sequel.

What's bad about it? How is it meaningless when we have stuff like this which clearly shows intentional mirror imagery?

A hint that they're gonna pull a Saikoroshi at the end, probably.

It is fake. A fake matsuribayashi that takes place in an alternate world.

I keep telling you, the statue being flipped and fixed already in the matsuribayashi world means something.

>The anime makes Shion act suspicious like she was trying to get K1 in the shrine to have demoned away.
I said Satoko likely told her to go there with him because after the ritual scene Shion does not mention anything about extremely loud footsteps like she did in the original arcs, which was caused by her having gone nuts back then. She originally went there because she thought Satoshi's "ghost" (which is also later the cause of the noises she tells Keiichi about in the original arcs) was following her, which made her think he was dead and wanted to see if she could find clues there that could point to his death.

You say she blamed Rika but I'm pretty sure that was Mion. We see Mion with L5 neck scratches on her body at the end. Bonus for the manga making Mion look already very mentally ill and suspicious back in the watangashi festival night like I mentioned before.

> and fixed the statue hands and broke the head for some reason in the shrine and why?
She didn't, we saw that the statue was already messed up when she enters the shrine to meet Featherine for the first time, implying this is an alternate world. That does need explanation and it only makes me believe even more that they're gonna pull a Saikoroshi-hen to "reset" everything at the end back to that point, with the statue mysteriously being back to how it originally was in the old Higurashi.
