It's one of those topics that's hard to keep up with since I don't know much about Japanese food beyond the very basics but like you said it's one of those things she loves talking about so you can't help but enjoy it. It's the same when she talks about manga or Japanese tv shows. I was tempted to try making monja after she talked about making it on the floor since I wasn't familiar with that before and she talked about all the ingredients she was using at the time but I never got around to it. As for the loud snacking, it definitely feels like a recent thing. I honestly don't even remember it happening that much before the recent DQ5 streams which is when it got really noticeable. I thought that type of thing would bother me but it's more funny than anything and it's really cute when she she's eating something that's really good.

Later on in the video she did bring up off-collabs and collabs in general and while first-time collabs are nervous for her they aren't super bad, but off-collabs she described as being legitimately terrifying 恐怖.
Although while she didn't respond to people asking about Miko/Gen 3 off-collabs it goes without saying that they are no problem.

Also, she will be my wife and I'll even buy her a professionally sound-proof room so that there won't ever be a risk of anyone finding out when I inevitably make a noise
