funny enough that's something a lot of AJATTers spectacularly fail at. They want to become a western Japanese Master so bad they sacrifice literally everything else. Then at some point they find out while Japanese people might be a bit intrigued about a foreigner speaking Japanese reasonably well, it's not that fucking special to them and they get into some sort of identity crisis.

It's laughable really.
