Not exactly. When I get a new figure/cd/poster/etc, they usually ask questions about the characters, so they started to recognize some, like Remi. Sometimes I explain some connections between them and some random pieces of lore. Apparently they liked the core idea of the franchise, but no interest in going deeper.

Why would you translate something that was already officially translated and localized already?
If you want to practice translation go find some old ass 2hu doujins or something like that and translate them instead. This way you will learn and also deliver at the same time.
