Not really, there's just a replacement torso for standard dolls that's fuckable. I'm not really sure where you can buy it, I think on kanjotoys, the part is called dollho. But since it's just a replacement part you need your own doll to use it. It also looks really weird and is kinda a turn-off.
The company that produces it also had their own line of dolls (libidoll) that are made with dollho in mind, basically you can buy the doll with a hollow torso you can fit onahole in. I think other onaholes work with this one too.
