Personally I also think maybe by now it has become too close to just image dumping as the "novelty" has worn off, but it really isn't disruptive so it's easy to ignore, and doesn't break any rules. Those are two ways how it's very different from the NSFW spam. Besides, he participates in discussions too.

If it was Elly Akira and particularly if she hadn't had lip fillers in the period leading up to it, I'd do it and proudly coom from just a handjob.
