My biggest fear with Tsukihime's eventual Ufotable adaptation is that it'll end up like Heaven's Feel.
Whenever you see Heaven's Feel mentioned, it's never about the characters or the story. No. It's always "Yooo, Rider vs Saber was lit!1!!'.
I can finally understand how hardcore Tolkien fans must feel watching these movies and listening to all the dumbasses that only praise the battle scenes.
Granted, Nasu is a hack compared to Tolkien.

Knowing Ufo, they're gonna add hype nonsense to Roa vs Shiki like they did to Gilgamesh vs Shirou. Probably add like 6000 explosions like they did in Heaven's Feel too, and make the rooms the size of skyscrapers like they did with the cave in HF (Cave being one of the reason Alter got killed? Don't care. Rider go brr).

I envy the Monogatarifags. At least Shaft were so pretentious and up their own ass with their cringe-worthy presentation that they pushed the normies away. Ufotable on the other hand is as normie as it can get. Even cutting monologues despite them being not uncommon in anime.
The Sword Art Online faggots too, they swear up and down that most of the shit people hate about SAO is because of the anime, but I don't trust that nonsense.

Lads, this might sound retarded... but I think Cokesakto's Kara no Kyoukai is better than Nasu's.
The pretentious narration bits he added do indeed make it flow better.
The actual shit that's going on in the story or dialogue is not different enough from the original, so I have no idea why people hate it so much.
I was led to believe he made some significant changes and shit, but that's not the case at all.
I can't find any bit that's really different aside from the narration.
