Best case scenario, they get ignored completely and nothing happens. I don't even know what they want or expect the fucking Red Cross/UN to do. The video's already removed so there's nothing left they would even want to ask for. Do they expect the UN to sanction Cover for violating the Geneva Conventions?
All they're doing is bothering the Red Cross employee who is going to be stuck sifting through their emails. This behavior is just shameful and will lead to absolutely nothing except dishonor for Japan in the worst case. I would feel immensely embarrassed being a Japanese citizen if I heard that a bunch of fat anime NEETs decided to take it upon themselves to be representatives of your country and harass the Red Cross over a cartoon cat wearing a hat.
