No, you're just fucking wrong. When you put the milk in before the cereal you end up putting less cereal in the bowl than milk because you filled up the bowl with too much milk and too much cereal added would overflow the bowl
Meanwhile, if you add in cereal in the bowl first before adding in the milk you can fill the bowl up with as much cereal as you want before you add in the milk. It also keeps the cereal to retain its crunchiness because there's less milk to soak up which means it all doesn't turn soggy
