Well, it had Higanbana flowers which isn't quite the same as character cameos.

That was also Hoshiwatashi which has been lighter on cameos so far (we've only gotten the teachers, no Marutake card, no Angel Mort Grave Mole, no golden butterfly of love brooch) so it might not even be intended to be a reference to the Higanbana series itself.

Then again, we don't know what's the deal with Inori yet. This chapter sure makes it sound like she's special somehow, not just a girl Keitaro has a crush on.
