Matsuri's character doesn't translate well into a gameplay streamer, especially not solo. She's just too normal if she's not being menhera or perverted. Compare that with Pekora who can inject her character performance into basically anything at all, just by picking it out and making jokes, or Aqua who can be autistic any time she wants. It doesn't help that holos are more seiso than ever these days, making them less willing to be part of Matsuri-style antics.

Matsuri is simply a remnant of the changing times in Hololive, back when there was more attraction to elaborate and racy collab skits and not sheer, quantity-based streaming. Her recline shows the passing era of entertainer-chuubas, while the rise of Korone, Pekora, Sololive, and Miko represent the surge in endurance-based personality chuubas. I want Matsuri to do well but the current trends do not favor her style.
