Depends on what you mean by /alt/. Most of it's probably not really known outside of Thailand anyway. Siam Dream used to be a mix of Thai and JPs (though it's just Thai girls now) and performed at TIF in 2019. Festive apparently has a good following there so they have an official sister group based out of Thailand called Sumomo.

If you mean more rock stuff there's groups like AKIRA-KURO (which seems really WACK inspired) and TOSSAGIRLS.
