How: She decided to retire.
Why: In an interview asking her about why she was retiring it came down to the fact that she's a little camera shy, specifically towards being on film, and she was regularly turning down jobs for TV spots and the like, this made her feel bad because she felt this was harming her agency and her coworkers by her not wanting to do TV spots, so she decided to retire when her contract was up.
I'm not 100% sure that Image Videos were included in her shyness, maybe, that could be why she never went particularly lewd during her IVs but regardless that's what's going on.
