"She becomes more and more deranged" sounds good but you need much more than that, like at least you need a new love confession, reactions to accepting/rejecting her, lines for when she wants to have sex with you, her topping, you topping, dating, fighting, some rare events for say, cooking with her but her meal just means forcibly sucking your dick, etc. I'm sure it'll be accepted as an optional add-on to the existing dialogue, just make sure it's tied to the yandere trait and there's a way to either set it at the start/prayer or there's an unique event that triggers it.
