Anyway, prepare for wall of text in my humble review of [ALiCE'S EMOTiON] RED:

ALiCE's EMOTiON have been around long enough to easily create hype in the doujin scene, yet they still need to perform in order to convince those who know of their previous shortcomings. This season they did a hell of a performance. I won't make any claims, and I haven't archived that many AE albums (mere coincidence, no bias), but this is the best release I've personally experienced from them since Funny Princess (for those of us who enjoys Vocaloids). Take it for what it is and read on if you're intrigued.

With 3 discs surely they should be able to please some part of the audience, right? Absolutely, and there's no problem there, the best part however is that each CD sounds overall potent enough to make out a release in itself - and still I'd be pleased with AE's contribution in this summer's Comiket, and the next 2 major Touhou related happenings. Which in short means 3 times the score for us. Having said all this, any doujin veteran will notice quite a few familiar tracks upon listening. Don't be too hasty in assuming the worst, AE is in no way merely recycling past glories; or perhaps they are? In any case they're doing it damn well, it's what you'd call remixing/rearranging, or making tributes if you will. In the question of AE's agenda on this big release, I'd take a guess on a humble self-tribute; having reached an impressive 25 CDs in their discography I'd say it's only fair. They've undoubtly been a great source of inspiration and motivation in developing doujin music, even lending their brand to new springs for that added push in the right direction.

I guess that's it for now, unless you want me to check some specific circle. There's a lot of them, like dBu or REDALiCE which already have a site for their new albums but no crossfade so I didn't bother.
