Yes, you can make your own soku soundtrack.

Installing
To install just place the files in your 12.3 folder then open SWRSToys.ini and remove the ";" to the left of the module you want to use.

BGMGain
BGMGain from my understanding allows you to change the volume of individual songs. Sorry but that's all I know, I haven't needed to use this.

BGMChanger
After enabling BGMChanger, go into the modules folder then go into the BGMChanger folder. Open BGMChanger.ini and take a glance at it.As a note, all songs must be in the Ogg Vorbis (.ogg) format.

The picture included with this post has a list of what title the song is represented by (i.e. [select] is the character select song). This only includes songs you'll hear during netplay. I'm not going to bother with the story mode songs (people play that mode?)

The parameter "Path" is the path to the song, no quotations are needed (i.e. C:\Users\...\Suika.ogg)

Intro determines how long the game will play a part of a song that'll only play once. This is done by multiplying the song's sample rate by the amount of time of the intro in seconds.

Loop determines how long the looping section of a song is. When the end of the loop is reached it'll go back to the beginning of the loop section, which corresponds to the end of the intro section. Set this by multiplying the song's sample rate by the amount of time of the loop in seconds.

It you don't care about looping nicely, set Intro to 0 and set Loop to however long the song is and multiply that by the song's sample rate.

If you do care about looping nicely, you should open your song in some audio editing program and listen carefully for where the song loops.

Also here is a list of what label corresponds to what song ingame. The [taxx] got left out since they're used for story mode.
