All week Ran does nothing but work. She fixes and cleans the house, cooks, shops, fixes the border, and works her fingers to the bone.

She feeds Chen, and when Yukari is asleep Ran gets no love. She also has to most likely change Yukari's diapers while she is having her extended hibernation sessions much like if Yukari was a patient in a hospital and Ran was her nurse.

But when Yukari eventually awakens, Ran wants to be shown some love and Yukari lets her toss all her adult stress and responsibilities away for just one evening. Yukari and Chen give Ran a bath, gently shampoo and rinse her tails, and powder her and diaper her. Maybe Chen and Yukari diaper each other too. They feed Ran mashed foods and warm milk (perhaps directly from Yukari's breasts). They take turns holding her and stroking her head and letting her stress melt away as they show how appreciative she is for all the things she does for them.

Maybe Ran will need a diaper change in the morning. Maybe Yukari and Chen will sexually pleasure Ran. It depends on the night. Whatever happens, Ran is the happiest fox in all of Gensokyo.

I would love to see some fanwork where Ran is making Chen wear diapers. It makes sense that she would be the weird overprotective fox with a fetish that she would try to do that to Chen especially, but maybe also Yukari when she's asleep.

Mama Ran is always so busy all week cooking cleaning and maintaining the border, but one night a month, I like to think that SHE get to pick what SHE does for fun, and that involves Chen, Yukari, and whoever else wants to come to Mayohiga, wearing diapers and letting Ran take care of them...for HER pleasure.

I imagine Ran being the go-to person in Gensokyo for all the touhous who have the urge to be babied. They call Ran and set up an appointment and they come over to Mayohiga while Yukari and Chen are gone and she diapers them and feeds them and rocks them back and forth to sleep.

In the morning, the touhou leaves, waving goodbye to Ran and thanking her for making them feel loved and stress-free for a single night.

The thing is, Ran is actually the one who feels she should be thanking them, as she is barren, and can never have a real child of her own. Ran's babysitting service is the closest she will ever get to feeling the love of a child.

As the client leaves in the morning and waves goodbye, Ran waves back, and sheds a single tear...

What are some other weird ideas you have about the characters in Gensokyo?

There definitely seems to be more diaper fandom among western audiences. You always see western fetish artists and furry artists doing abdl stuff. You hardly see much Japanese stuff, let alone see any touhou stuff.

I kind of wish there was a good diaper doujin with the Yakumos. They seem like the perfect family to have diapers involved with. Ran shows Chen how she takes care of Yukari's ABDL fetish while Yukari is sleeping for a long time, and then Yukari wakes up and has Chen practice on an embarrassed Ran.
