Heisenberg could've had nukes a few years before the Allies if things had gone a little differently, I don't think it would've required any of the Jews that otherwise got Holohoaxed. Ie, if you cancel the Holocaust, I highly doubt it leads to Nazi nukes in 42, 43. Nazi ideology was heavily anti-semitic anyway, Jewish communists were a fantastic scapegoat to rile the people up to support the remnants of the ancien regime, if Nazism hadn't been at least implicitly anti-Jewish it's debatable whether Hitler could've even risen to power.
