exactly. I also really liked Higurashi and Umineko's quiet, isolated setting (a small isolated village and a sealed off island) and it seems like Ciconia won't have that and instead be more open, what with the characters flying around at crazy speeds.

they also have a lot of fancy cg for the battles, and they went into great detail for them, which makes me fear that more of them will come. I liked the logic confrontations in umineko but this is something else and I hope it changes to fit wtc-style mystery more.

it crashes for me after the kinzo scene so I assumed that was the whole demo. pic related it still does to this day. if it's not supposed to do that then I apologize but still, the point applies since I am comparing both series' first 15 minutes or so.
