I don't think Kohaku and Sakura have much in common.
Sakura spends most of her route in bed or you hauling her ass, before going loco near the end, with all the evil shit being mostly out of her control.
Kohaku has a master plan that started before the game and enacted everything by herself
While it is true that both of their plans are foiled by realizing they can pursue genuine love and happiness, instead of continuing their miserable existence fundamentally they are two different people who act in completely different ways
Also a big difference is that Sakura is genuinely happy to be around Senpai from Act 1, while Kohaku is keikaku doori.
