In the Fate route's bridge scene, when Shirou glances back at Saber after she told him that she doesn't care about him, for a split-second we're shown this sprite that is only used in this scene. Takeuchi made an entire separate sprite just for this, to make sure the player (and Shirou) understands that Artoria is lying, and how she hates herself for saying such a thing. Any other artist would've probably just reused the same "hanging her head in shame" sprite she has, but Takeuchi felt that it wouldn't suffice for such a crucial emotional moment.
This is the kind of dedication that makes FSN as good as it is.
