Lube the hole, then use the warmer. It will feel like your dick is melting once you insert. It's great.
Using cold lube would make the warmer useless.

Beastmode ona warming would be:
>lube up
>insert warmer
>wrap ona into heating blanket
>put lube bottle into hot water bath so it will be warm when you reapply lube
>get comfy
>use once fully warmed up

Takes some serious dedication, but its worth it.

If you are just going for a quick wank, then warming up is a waste of time. If you do have time and really want to enjoy yourself, use some of the warming methods mentioned.

You can also pull a sock (or more than one) over your ona to make them hold heat better. They will also feel way tighter, depending on how you wrap them.
This will leave colour marks on the onas material though, so use that advice with care.
