Eh, four is just a little too much.
Balancing three personalities is already difficult, but any more makes it difficult to make them distinct but also not too locked into a singular character trait.
Plus, Flandre just doesn't have anything to distinguish between the selves. It's just four identical vampires.

With Aunn (whose second body is probably "real", but not fully independent, going by comments in Grimoire of Usami) you can make an easy dichotomy, going by a/um, male/female, aggressive/protective lines, or whatever you can think of, while Hecatia has unique looks, combines with unique domains, and can easily segue into past/present/future, or a spectrum where two are more extreme with the third being balanced, with each being fairly distinct from each other but also having some overlap (fitting her role as a god of boundaries).
Flandre just has a spell card that makes copies, but there's otherwise absolutely nothing to her character that makes her four people. Everywhere she appears it's just Flandre.
