As for this for 1 she's mostly polite yes, however as she becomes more honest she's more compelled to speak bombastically with ze and zo and da and with general arrogance. Actually ISC has quite a bit of her being bitchy and mean, or boastful. Her Amanojaku Since Birth declaration is a good example.

Also while before GoU she never spoke opposite in GoU she does so I dunno ZUN forgot or something
