Nope. It's actually the opposite of spills over into more than just salary as well. Equally qualified women are often rated as less competent even in situations with identical resumes. Funnily enough we also saw this same kind of unconscious bias in symphonies and orchestras. Women became much much more likely to be hired once blind auditions were implemented.
