I just had an idea where you could potentially be the landlord of a 2hus, they could pay up in sex or other blackmail ways instead of just another income. Depending on who they're, rare materials could also be an option.

Some maps have more than one vacant house/basement/you name it that are practically useless and is just yet another room for you to clean up.
>why?
Because some poor 2hus are practically homeless hobos and missing where you can only find them at some specific timesets or, worst case scenario, just completely random on a whim for Opantsu-sama knows for how long.
Not only that would help settle down some missing 2hus but also give potential scenario/scenes for either being a con-artist on being a landlord or just the old, boring route of making them fall for you so you can move together.
Mind you, such feature could be not only for the hobo 2hus but also others as well with some string-pulling involved.
And hey, if you're into that, such system would also maybe give you the opportunity to be the one to having to pay them in various ways if you aren't too close to your landlord.
