Art*a basically confirmed this during her skitzo meltdown stream. Zhangs never really cared about their domestic talents and supported JP holos like Fubuki and Aqua instead. Talented figures like Chowa were riding on bare minimum views and revenue on bili2 compared to the JP girls. This inevitably led to the disbanding of HoloCN. Axing that branch had been on the table since early-August.
