Hear me out, It could probably be done with a copious amount of onaholes and hips.
Assuming you've got a headless torso as the base, you're going to need to build arms and legs. In theory if you stitched a bunch of oneholes end to end, you could end up with a long enough tube of silicon to act as a skinny set of arms and legs. To build a spin, you'd only need steel coat hangers. From what I've heard, Steel coat hangers were meant to be jammed into pussies, albeit for different reasons that what we're doing here.
Finally, you'd need to build the head. Well, a hip already has cheeks on it, just you that. Cut off the belly part of the hip, close that up and just use the ass as her mouth, they're practically the same thing.
If you stick a big ass titty on top of that, then cram it all into a kig hada, with a wig on top, you could fashion yourself an onahole GF.

It'd be pretty hot desu, knowing that you could cut open and fuck any part of that doll too.
