Honestly, just read a scanlation online and decide if it's worth importing. I'm assuming here that one of your main motives is supporting the artist and ZUN; if so, importing the original Japanese version is better in regard to how much of your money goes to the creators. (You may also use this as an opportunity to learn Japanese.)
Having said that, it does look good, so go for it if you really like having a translated physical version at hand.
