Yeah, that was me. Got tired of occlusion issues with the quest 2 controller's inside-out tracking so i tried to go the SteamVR route instead.
Nice thing about Vive trackers is that they allow for additional trackers ofcourse, which would allow for full-body IK for a doll via modifying KK-SetparentVR. Webm-related is an early version of the old Quest 2 system.
The stutters from rotational position adjustment proved annoying during use as well, which pushed me further towards trying out full-body IK.

For the two interested anons in the previous thread, i've been working on that koikatsuVR plugin.
The Webm is it's current WIP state.
I hope it clarifies the idea behind it: You'll just have to bind your left controller to a hip toy, via a belt or something, then let the mod sync it up with the girl for you. The girl's pose will also be dependant on the relative rotation of the controller, so switching positions from e.g. doggy to cowgirl becomes hassle-free.
Note that i am just modifying KK_SetParentVR, but without these modifications it's too cumbersome to use with a hip imo.
