OP,
If there is a game that changed my life(for good, of course) that is Xenogears. I first played it when it was released and I was in middle school, but only actually went through it seriously in my last year of high school. Thanks to it, I realized how shit my life was, studied hard, left my backwards country for Japan, and am now a successful PhD student in brain sciences and medical engineering, have an excellent job at a venture company I helped build from scratch. All thanks to Xenogears. I still play it every year.

However Touhou has a huge place in my heart because it's my main form of digital entertainment since I came to Japan. I also love the storylines and looking at the big picture of Gensokyo. But I have 3 reasons to really fell attached to Touhou:
