I thought it was strange that none of the Pekora gachikoi I follow even so much as mentioned this bit. Probably didn't want to spoil the surprise.
But are you really 100% on the fact that they are going to do a cooking collab? Because from what I could understand all that she did was acting out how a conversation with them usually goes, which included asking if she can even cook, and Miko responding with "Leave it to me".
I'm not sure where you got the impression that it was going to be a cook-off although it might just be me who didn't hear it.

Also I like how she said that whenever she moves out she might consider inviting someone over but definitely not when she is living at home.

I can't wait to see PekoMiko collabs again! Mikoti come back soon!!!
