It doesn't matter if the prince wins or loses, she'll always get a benefit in return and hampers little of her plans. Take this one for example, she deems Adamas as a naively stupid goddess (with overwhelming power nonetheless), so she tricked Adamas to pay her a visit and then sealed her in an urn, while also baiting out her representative His Highness himself for yet unknown reasons. The prince-white empire alliance broke free of Adamas's seal, but that's within her plan as well (she even claims that she broke the seal herself, and not due to the prince's efforts), as that will allow just enough amounts of energy to temporarily revive the Demon King.

If the Demon King kills the prince, that's great. But even if the Demon King loses, it's only another useless trash removed, which will make it easier for her to eventually purify the entire planet Skynet-style and create a haven for fairies - the true essence of purity.
