The only reason to want quads in KanColle is for higher FP despite lower size just so you can use them as fit guns. For example quad 330mm, despite looking like shit, would probably have around 20FP while still having the same fit bonus as 38cm Kai.

What irks me the most about the French quad mounts is that they look like they just took two double mounts, welded them together, and then called it a day.
