Elevens who grew up with Niconico (and generally moonland internet culture) at its peak have become old enough to be staff at broadcasting companies. One notable trend with them is hiring seiyuu familiar from anime and games (instead of 3DPD narrators, comedians, or other talents) for voice-overs, but when given too much freedom they'll start going overboard.
